A 1,000 sq ft job is usually finished in 1 day; 1,500 sq ft and up normally takes 2 days. We measure and install in the same week. In most cases we can install within 24 to 48 hours.
Baseboards often break when they are pried off because of all the nails, so in most cases we leave them in place and add shoe molding along the gap for a clean, finished edge. If you prefer, we can remove the baseboards and replace them with new ones.

Everything we install is done to manufacturer specs. Shoe molding is never glued or nailed to the floor, so the floor can float the way it is designed to. A cheap install that pins the floor down can mean paying for the job twice.
Our crews are insured, and every installation has a 6-month workmanship warranty from the date of installation. The flooring itself carries the manufacturer warranty listed on each product page.
