Installation labor: $1.75 per square foot is our standard rate, not a promotion. We install our own product with our own crews, so there is one company accountable for the material and the installation.

Do you install the flooring or just sell it?
Both. You can purchase materials only or have our installation team handle the project. Installation method varies by product, including click-lock, loose-lay, and glue-down systems.

How much is vinyl plank installation labor?
Our standard installation labor rate is $1.75 per square foot over a sound, level slab. Material is priced separately unless you choose a complete material-and-installation package. Tear-out, subfloor leveling, stairs and trim are quoted after a measure.
How much does vinyl plank cost with material and installation?
Complete material-and-installation packages start at $3.74 per square foot for our 20mil commercial-grade vinyl plank ($1.99 material plus $1.75 labor). Our premium 8mm wide plank with a 28mil wear layer is $5.24 per square foot complete ($3.49 material plus $1.75 labor).
Is the $1.75 per square foot labor rate a promotion?
No. It is our standard installation labor rate, and it holds because we install our own product with our own crews instead of routing you to a third-party contractor network.
What is not included in the per-square-foot installed price?
Removal and disposal of your existing floor, subfloor leveling where the slab is out of tolerance, stairs, and trim or baseboard work. Those depend on the condition of your space, so we price them after a measure rather than guessing on a website.
Do you remove old flooring before installing new vinyl plank?
Yes, tear-out and disposal of existing carpet, tile, or laminate can be included as part of your installation quote.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential installations take 1-3 days depending on square footage and prep work required. We will give you a project-specific timeline with your quote.
