How Shipping Works
📦 LTL Freight
Online orders ship on pallets by LTL freight from the manufacturer at a flat rate by region and order size. Each pallet holds up to 55 boxes. Lower 48 states only; orders over 330 boxes get truckload pricing by phone.
🏠 Residential Delivery
Includes liftgate and residential delivery. The driver will bring the pallet to your driveway or garage.
📍 Ships From
Adairsville, GA (manufacturer warehouse). Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
🏬 Buy Local and Save
Buying at our Waco or Liberty Hill warehouse skips freight: Warehouse Direct stock goes home the same day, and local delivery within about an hour of Waco is typically $150.
