Cheap vinyl plank flooring: why $1.49 often costs more
The cheapest vinyl plank around is usually a closeout, a discontinued color or B-grade stock with no warranty. Ours is first-quality running-line plank with a limited lifetime residential warranty, from $1.70/sq ft. On a 1,000 sq ft room that is about $210 more in total at our posted price, and less with contractor pricing.
Cheap floors get replaced. Ours get installed once.
