A trade account is a standing arrangement for contractors and remodelers who buy regularly, not just once. Instead of requoting every job, you get consistent contractor pricing on repeat orders across projects.
Do I need to be a licensed contractor to get trade pricing?
Trade pricing is built for anyone buying at professional volume — licensed contractors, house flippers, and property managers handling multiple units all qualify.
How is this different from the truckload pricing page?
Truckload pricing is for single large projects (a full apartment complex or subdivision). Trade pricing is for contractors and flippers who buy smaller quantities regularly, project after project, and want consistent pricing without requoting each time.
Can I pick up before your stores open?
Yes. Contractors buying from us can be met before regular business hours, as early as 7:00 AM, at either warehouse. Call or text the day before so your order is pulled and ready.
How much less is contractor pricing?
Pro pricing starts about 10 cents a square foot below our advertised price and goes lower with volume. Pallet and truckload orders are priced separately; call for pricing.
Can I get samples for client presentations?
Yes, trade account holders can order samples for client walkthroughs and estimates at no cost.
