254 Floors buys factory-direct from our manufacturer partner, which means volume savings scale with your order size instead of stacking retail and distributor markups. A full truckload runs roughly 25,000 square feet, and pricing improves as you approach that volume. We can also split large orders across multiple truckloads and delivery dates to match phased construction schedules.
