Yes. We buy factory-direct and cut out the distributor, so send us your current quote with the product specs and square footage and we will beat it.
Do you supply multifamily and apartment projects?
Yes. We supply apartment and multifamily projects of any size with waterproof vinyl plank, mostly 20 mil wear layers for heavy traffic, by the pallet or the truckload, with phased deliveries.
How much does a truckload of vinyl plank cost?
Truckload pricing is below our lowest posted price of $1.70/sq ft and depends on the thickness and wear layer you buy. We do not advertise it; call either warehouse for pricing.
How much flooring is a truckload?
About 25,000 sq ft. A pallet is roughly 1,100 to 1,600 sq ft depending on the line. We also do partial truckloads and multi-drop orders.
Do you deliver outside Waco and Liberty Hill?
Yes. We coordinate freight across Texas and beyond for volume orders, from both of our warehouses.
Will the same floor be available for later phases?
Our featured lines are running lines, not closeouts, so you can order the same floor again for the next phase or for repairs.
Do you install?
Yes. Our own crews install in the Waco and Liberty Hill / North Austin markets. Standard installation is $1.75/sq ft over a sound, level slab; volume installs are quoted with the material.
