I used 254 Flooring for flooring for a large duplex as well as kitchen tile work. Warren and Luis are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job at a fair price

Luxury vinyl flooring in Waco: which plank fits your home
Luxury vinyl plank is our specialty, and every plank has a sample at the Waco store. The main choices:
- Rigid core (SPC): a stone-composite core that is waterproof and stable on Texas slabs. Most of our homes get this. What is SPC flooring?
- WPC: a softer, quieter foam core that is warmer underfoot. SPC vs WPC
- Glue-down vinyl: a thin plank glued to the slab, common in rentals and commercial spaces.
- Wear layer: 12 mil for light traffic and budget jobs, 20 to 22 mil for most homes and pets, 28 mil for the hardest use. Which wear layer to choose

I recently met Warren through a referral from a business partner. Throughout the entire process, he showed phenomenal care in helping us select our flooring. Luis and his installation crew did a superior job with the installation, removal of the old carpet, and a complete cleanup. We also recently worked with them on another project and had a great experience with our flooring selection as well. Highly recommended.

We just had Luis and his team put LVPF in our house. The process from sales to installation was friendly and easy. They laid our 1300 sqft space with transitions and quarter round in a day-and-a-half. The team was efficient and respectful and did a great job. The cost was about 2/3 of what other companies were quoting.
