Glue-down vinyl plank flooring
Glue-down (dry back) vinyl plank is thin, flexible plank glued straight to the slab. It does not move or sound hollow, it handles rolling chairs and heavy traffic, and it is easy to replace one plank at a time, which is why landlords and businesses use it.
17 floors from $1.44/sq ft. Installed by our own crews for $1.75/sq ft over a sound, level slab.
Installers, builders, remodelers and property managers: ask for contractor pricing. It is lower than the prices on this page.
Highlights

Questions
Glue-down or click-lock vinyl plank?
Glue-down is best for commercial spaces, rentals and rooms with heavy rolling loads. Click-lock rigid core is faster to install and more forgiving of slab bumps, so most homeowners pick it.
Does glue-down need a perfectly flat slab?
Flatter than click-lock. Thin glue-down plank shows bumps in the slab, so we check and level the slab where needed; leveling is quoted after a measure.
Where can I see these floors?
At either 254 Floors store: 2919 Mary Ave, Waco, TX 76710 ((254) 332-2272) or 126 Holmes Rd Unit 24, Liberty Hill, TX 78642 ((512) 355-5120). Both are open Mon to Sat 9am to 6pm, Sun 12pm to 5pm, and every plank has a sample on display.
Do you install it?
Yes. Our own insured crews install vinyl plank for $1.75 per sq ft over a sound, level slab in Waco, Liberty Hill and nearby towns. Tear-out, leveling, stairs and trim are quoted after a measure.
